Our school was fortunate to have Mrs. Friestad-Tate in to talk with our students about the process of writing this book! She does a wonderful job of taking historical events and putting the information in a student-friendly format. Our students very much enjoyed the book and her presentation! This book is a great addition to all of our classroom libraries, as well as our main school library!
